…so!… here we are… the last show… we made it!… does anyone give a shit who wins it?… I actually do… I want Luke to win it… I have since Episode 1… I suppose that the ‘dramatic’ background music will be the loudest possible decibels that they can possibly achieve… to see The Pags going out on his last show ever is going to be sad for me… he made that show what it is and was also the best host in the entire World for any Survivor in my opinion… I’ll sure miss him… I really doubt that David will be any good at it to be honest… that’s like putting Robert Irwin in to replace Dr Chris… it isn’t going to work in my opinion… you can have as many votes that you want to wish for in this Poll…

Speaking of the music, I was thinking that some of the score is actually quite decent and impressive. Overkill at times but if there is a composer out there writing music for the show, he's doing a great job (sorry Sticky).. I'm curious if anyone knows.

…D Space my good friend… I have no problem with the music itself… it’s actually top notch… whoever creates it is really gifted… my problem with it is that as the conversations get really interesting the ‘dramatic’ music gets louder and louder to the point that it really distracts you and drowns it out at times and you miss the good parts and the plots… it would be a lot better if they kept it quieter so you can actually follow it properly… it’s so bloody annoying… especially for some older viewers struggling to hear normally… so the actual music is not the problem… just the timing and loudness… I hope that I explained myself properly my friend… cheers.

I would watch this kind of international season again - it has been interesting to see players from different countries where I ahve never seen survivor. I don't think Australian Survivor is for me though. Too many episodes per week - for a series longer than this would make it feel like a chore to watch rather than something enjoyable for me right now.

unfortunately I am spoiled for the winner tonight, maybe what I read isn’t true? But I did read some spoilers online.

I’ve still really enjoyed the series despite the circumstances. I fully expect a 2nd go or even just a general smaller all star season to be the norm given the ratings for this series.

@D Space and yes I am watching! I’ve just been very busy with work and life at the moment, I haven’t kept an edgic chart or a confessional count but I plan to rewatch the season this week and do them.

I think Luke made an extremely foolish move last week. He should have played his idol for Shonee and had Shonee and him each vote for one of cirie and Parvati so whoever hadn’t had idol played on them goes home.

I’m gonna take a wild guess and say Luke has never watched survivor us, because anyone who knows Parvati and her survivor history would NEVER bring her to final 4. Cirie too for that matter.

I don’t have any social media on my feeds for Survivor for partly that reason. I mean it’s great if you enjoy betting on Sportbet on whether the credibility of the rumour is there or not, but otherwise it’s just a nuisance. But also I’ve watched every episode after airing and hated being spoiled with that, less noise for me this way and I never get spoiled on these forums lol.

I am doing best to watch it live tonight with you folks, it depends on whether my wife is willing to ultimately let me forego responsibilities in celebration of fathers day..
