This can’t be JLP’s final season. 😭
 
Yeah Im a bit distraught about it being Jonathans last season. Do we know any more about what actually happened? I haven’t been keeping up with that news.

In my mind, I just see CBS executives working with David and also the Survivor cast and them just absolutely adoring David and deciding to switch it up. Jonathan is epic is in his character. Nobody is denying that. But he is not the best live host. He plays by the playbook. Follows what the producers tell him what to do, what questions to ask. He follows the script. That is maybe reaching the end of life for Production and they want someone to actually take the reigns. End of an era.

Hey this episode was great, I love this Australia va the World thing, but it would be more fun as a 20 player game, it feels a little intimate. Did they really have trouble getting people to play?

Rob is a great character and I highly do recommend watching his season, it should still be on 10play. Would love to see him back in more favorable circumstances. I would like to see him day 20 dying to get protein to feed those massive muscles.

But yes, he was messing with some of our absolute favorites. He should know better lol!

Ill be watching later than y’all so can’t watch live always as per usual, but I will be sure to comment and laugh and react your posts.

JLP found out he was being let go through a phone call to his management, channel 10 didn't have the decency to even contact him personally.

I would say it's the opposite in regards to the hosting, JLP was independent and had his own thoughts about the production/hosting side of things and they want someone who will just stick to the script and follow what they are told to do.
