Christian going full slapstick this season. I thought they would be voting Joe, since everyone was bitching about him, but at tribal once Savannah shared her bit, I knew she was gone. I want to see more angry bitchy Joe! I hated his situation with Eva, so I was looking forward to see how he would play on his own and it seems he's not doing too well haha.

Loved the ring toss reward challenge, that was a fun one to watch. Coach being petty is always excellent.

What season was Rick on? I cant remember him at all, maybe it was a sesaon I didnt see.

Christian is hilarious! This season is feeling like a survivor parody in really great ways. (except for the kyle medivac)

Rick was on season 38 Edge of Extinction.

There's no reason to believe she couldn't have tried to make an alliance or do something to stay in the game.

pre-season press indicated that half of them guessed from the fact that there were three tribes and two other winners that one of them was a winner, and she was giving off I just won vibes (she is confident so that doesn't surprise me). Sophi from 49 also has said she heard that her win had leaked to the people on 50 prior to going out there so she told her there is no point in lying. It seems to be a fairly well known fact that Maryanne (winner 42) and Andy (47) were bumped for Savannah and Rizo too so there were just way too many downsides to her lying. She downplayed her relationship with Rizo and how many immunity wins she had and said she was a loyal player so she did the best she could.

Thanks! I've got the first ep on now, but probably wont watch the lot. Ricks is a no one so far, but Aubry is there, so that makes me wonder more about the Boomerang idol and why Christian chose her for it. Is Christian counting on getting the idol back because he thinks she will go? Or was it to collaborate with Aubry and build some trust there?

Also, weren't boomerangs made to bludgeon things to death with? LOL

I will be interested in how far you make it through. The premise of it makes it a strange season. The first boot is amongst the most memorable first boots ever though.

I'm up to ep 8 and can see why Rick is back. Hes having a meltdown about being barked at and not getting his way. He definitely knows how to "turn it on" for the camera too. It does make me more keen to see how the game plays out in 50 now, considering his links to Aubry as well, and teaming with Christian for that boomerang idol.

Haven't seen the latest ep yet, but how good are these weeks! 4 days of Survivor a week is such a treat :D
 
I was loving Survivor 50, but Im not sure about this talent show. Seeing Charlie thrown around is a pretty good tho.
Aubry as a character is fun. I see her cop a lot of flack, but I like her, shes hilarious "Leave me alone" yes please.

Poor disaster tribe. Stuck in the net.

Am I the only one who doesnt know who Zac Brown is? Is this just an ad for him? Bored of him. Fast forward, not my thing.

Wow really lackluster after this week of AU. I could barely stay awake during this scramble, I'd rather have a shower.

Everyone loves Ozzie. Flat boring tribal as well. Emily has her read on the vibes, lets see how it goes. Now someone else can get his screen time.
 
So Survivor 50 is becoming the Trauma Battles season.

I hope Rizgod uses the idol to get Charlie voted out. Charlie is really shitting me, he refuses to accept that his pitch is what lost him the game, not being "betrayed", and is now projecting it onto Rizgod for voting for his number 2 (instead of number 1) to win because she played the better game. Go to the Candy Mountain Charlie.
 
No I had no idea who Zac brown is and I didn't need him having more confessionals than Tiffany has had all season lol!

Charlie is also giving me the shits - it is so disrespectful to Kenzie who actually did win. Suck it up almost everyone you are playing with except dee now has come close but not won, sometimes several times. you are not a special little snowflake in your present company. I think Rizo's ego needs to go down a peg or two but of the two Charlie is irritating me more.

In terms of the vote, I am not sure why they didn't go with the easy vote of Stephanie but it didn't even seem an option. Breaking up the David vs goliath 3 I guess had to happen. Christian has been the comedy gold so far, and I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of iconic Angelina antics before she goes, so Mike was the best option.

I'd say keeping a strong player in your tribe is a better idea than keeping someone just because they're your friend...
