So annoyed in myself for hating Tim now!!! Fickle?

It is driving me absolutely crazy seeing Tim supporters all of a sudden turning on him because of things he's done this week. You liked him for all the other 10+ weeks - yet one simple thing has made you forget all of that? This is the winner of Big Brother, not the winner of whoever didn't piss you off in the final weeks. You need to look at the bigger picture, and see that Tim is the over-all winner, even if he hasn't been himself this passed week.

I think Tim has been himself the last week more or less... To much emphasis is being based on particular live feed editing by BB... to make Tim look worried, or splitting from the toilet group. The LF updates still show Tim, Tahan, Boog and Drew all still having fun.

The game is nearly over, the HM's can feel it, much as the public. This is the end... Pick your winner and stick by it.

I think it would have been better to stick with Tim until the end even if he did do some things that pissed you off because everyone has flaws and nobody is perfect and after being in the house for so long you can't blame them all for going a little crazy and you have liked him from the start and it is so close to the end now. There is something cool about having the same favourite housemate from Day 1 to Finale night, especially if they stay until the end.

To finish up, the fact that I have loved Tim from night 1 to Day 70-80 mean't I was going to stick with him until the end because in every series the housemates start to drop off their game towards the end and go a bit crazy because they are all homesick and have cabin fever so I try not to judge them to harshly especially in 100 day series which imo is just that little bit to long.

Anyway it is your choice who you love, like, dislike and hate mikidiki :)

You're right. I'm no good. I admit it. That's why I created this thread. I want to like him, I really do. I hope that tonight's episode makes these pathetic live feed updates a thing of the past and my love for Tim returns like it used to! Fingers crossed! I appreciate everyone's responses. I've been super duper fickle with this series, probably more so than any other reality show. I don't know what that says.

I have changed favourite so many times, and yes I have recently swayed away from Tim as well.
 
A lot of Tim fans here started turning against him after the LFs on Saturday which seemed weird and flaky. Like 'I've been a Tim fan for three months but I hate him now.' Seriously? After a couple of two minute videos (where yes, he was behaving like a twat)? Head over to the Live Feed forum for a demonstration of fickleness.

Maybe it's because the show's coming to an end and you're actually re-assessing who you really want to win

I watching Tim but if I envision him winning I don't think it's going to help him in the long run

Miki....I too have jumped on the Fickle bandwagon. Tim was playing a perfect game in my eyes. But as soon as he started badmouthing his relationship with Drew and also his part in the Fun 4...well!!!!!. Sucking up to Jade was the last straw.

Now he's trying for the underdog role. In my eyes at no point was Tim the underdog. He has been leader of the pack since day 1. He has fucked with everyone's head in there apart from Drew and Tahan. Trying to make out he never liked them.....nah. Drew more than likely go home tonight which is a travesty in my eyes, so I will be voting for Tahan to win.

what! Tim has said on many previous occasions he doesn't like the way Drew rides his coattails - plus Tim even said to Mikk, Tahan has no real friend + i want to keep her [tahan] close to get her out. So this last week Tim saying he never felt apart of that group is probably true. Tim also always liked Jade, it was her being around Ed 24/7 that kept that friendship at arms length.

Thanks so much to everyone for their replies. Interesting reading everyone's POV's on Tim. Like I said, I will watch tonight's show first and make more of a judgement on my opinion on him.

I am completely baffled why Ed being gone makes people suddenly like Jade. She is still just a deluded obsessed chick using her looks to get ahead. I actually don't mind people using their looks to get ahead, same as I wouldn't mind someone using their intelligence or strength offer humour or whatever to get ahead. But she was boring and her values in life are waayyyy too focussed on shallow qualities. Thing is she thinks she has quality values but she doesn't. She values 'yummy arms'... She tried Matt but he was too strong and told her to go then she moved on to Ed and basically mooches after him weeks on end ..... I do not get the strong liking for her at all

Tim has put in more effort than anyone. It's no wonder he has burnt out a bit now. He just needs his fans to stay loyal a little bit longer ....

But shouldn't he still be rewarded for his efforts. Jades could all be spent on a psychologist and I still don't think it would help her lol

Tim's been a legend from beginning to end.

People who have jumped ship are fools who don't deserve to be entertained tbfh!!!
