When Skye said she liked Ryan more because she thinks he doesn't like her back, it pretty much confirmed that she was sick of Leo's pathetic and possibly fake adoration of her. She obviously likes guys that don't put her on a pedestal. Ryan definitely doesn't, so i'd say she's legitimately attracted to him.
