I have been trying to watch but I can't find a way to do it for free. I have a VPN that I paid $100. for 6 months but they still want me to pay on the site of SS Africa (sigh) SS France will be over Tuesday, it went so fast
 
Somebody uploads it to YouTube. Their country is set to France and the quality is not the best, so I doubt it's an official channel, which in turn means: Watch it while you can.

Thank you I just watched it. Yes the quality is not very good, but I am addicted to SS :) so it is ok. Now I just have to find a way to see all of them. The Voice is not too bad, I think the did try to sound like The Voice of SS France.
I can connect myself to that channel with my VPN and I have an account, but if I want to watch SS Afrique they still want me to pay.
In a couple of days SS France will be finish and I will miss :( So it would have been good if I could watch SS Afrique :)
 
I think so far there has only been one daily show. I found a telegram channel that uploaded that episode. I can send you the link if you use Telegram.

The remix of the theme is terrible 🤮 Also not a huge fan of the stop motion animation here. It cheapens what is otherwise has a very upmarket look. The SS1 style of animation would have looked much better IMO.

 
I watched one episode, the house is not as nice as I though, and they are all freezing. Heavy jackets etc., blankets around them, they look so uncomfortable that they made me uncomfortable.
 
Where is the show filmed? is it a purpose built house or in a soundstage? The internal polished concrete floor is awful and it all looks very set like which is a shame. Some elements look good others look like an ikea setup.

That seems a big design flaw considering most reality shows generally want their cast to wear less clothes rather than more.

I can't say that episode 2 was good at all, and I am totally addicted to SS, for me to say that it has to be bad
I am watching episode 3 and it is a lot better
:)

It's filmed in a studio facility in Johannesburg in South Africa, same set that is used for the South African version of Big Brother.

I had not seen it was polished concrete floor, I thought it was a cheap floor. It makes the house looks even colder. The house is cold in temperature but also in atmosphere. It is nowhere as good as SS France, but still a lot better than BB AU
