Saving drew to win

No, Drew's treatment of Jade is all because she rejected him way back....it's fairly obvious, you'll see drew doesn't give her the time he does with the rest of the housemates and there's a reason for that.

I think it's fairly obvious that a number of Jade fans are miffed that Drew didn't mope round for weeks waiting for Jade to come to her senses and choose him. And really, what a dreary pair they would have made. He's too unconventional for her and she's too straight for him. Why wish that on either of them?

Of what? Drew not moping or Jade being conventional...or? I find the whole "Drew 'hates' Jade because she rejected him" meme utterly ludicrous. What's more, as a non-Jade fan I have to give her credit for knowing from the start that Drade was only ever going to be a BB construct. I don't care if people don't like Drew, but as I said, from my perspective, the reasons are laughable. Given that so many also 'hate' Ed I'm wondering if you'd (they'd?) prefer Jade was stuffed, mounted and placed on a shelf to be dusted weekly?
Perhaps 'stuffed' isn't the sort of word one should use....

Of what I highlighted - you said "I think it's fairly obvious that a number of Jade fans are miffed that Drew didn't mope round for weeks waiting for Jade to come to her senses and choose him". Provide examples. That is all I am asking. I don't like Drew personally, but if you can validate this comment, Drew deserves the votes. We are talking $250k now. I don't expect my own opinion to change anyone, but I am welcome to new ideas.

How can you/I provide examples of something that didn't happen? And as part of the 'moral outrage' crowd I thought you were pretty clear about all the non-moping Drew was doing with Tully? Wasn't tarring and feathering too good for the pair of them?

What has Tully got to do with this? This is about Drew - have some respect for him. I am just asking you to explain what you said. Unless you are Tully, I don't understand how that would be so hard

This really is for the last time. I can't explain something that didn't happen. Nor can I explain something I don't understand...like Jade fans thinking that Drew 'hates' her because she rejected him. And yes, I still find it ludicrous, and no I'm not giving examples Delcan. If that leaves you feeling all smug, I'll just have to live with it.
I feel like Drew on the night of the tapeworm conversation.I'm sure you'd be unsurprised to know I loved his rant.

Smug, no, just over forum members making statements based on no evidence. I'm fine if you really love a HM, just don't attribute things to other forum members that never happened. Yep, I don't like Tully or Drew, but I would never take another forum member or group of forum members down with me. Don't make so many assumptions about other people. Don't even get me started on the tapeworm rant. But I prefer to stick to topic.

Did you not read Sorceress's comment...the one that prompted my initial reply? And remember that the topic of this thread is "Saving Drew"...so perhaps you just lost your way.

With all due respects, I was the one trying to keep it on topic, and trying to stop you spewing hatred towards Jade fans because that has nothing to do with Drew. Don't pretend you are the innocent party.

Perhaps you could dispense with hyperbole. I don't hate anyone, although overblown, emotive phrases like 'spewing hatred' leave me cold. Your language escalates the situation, just as ridiculous speculation such as "Drew hates Jade because she rejected him" does.

Totally 1- posted on Drew - I don't see how tahan deserves to win?, she has seemed to me way too confident, I smell a fish, she's an actress, I'm thinking does tahan and company have plan? backed by big time gamblers who stand to win a packet? placing strategic saves? to achieve their goal? way too confident tahan! :mad: ...
