Sam EXTENDED Interview - SCOOPLA
- Thread starter Benjamin2012HM
- Start date
good interview, audio is a bit echoey & doesn't help with that music in the background - bit hard to hear some comments....
Sam has such a cute face when he smiles![]()
I am so sorry about the audio. It is actually my fault. I was coming down with something that day and physically and mentally I was really was not up to scratch. I felt the audio was so hard to listen to as well. - I debated not putting up the extended interview. As the interview had technical issues. Plus I felt I could have handled the interview better.
Next week I am promising state of the art production and no hick ups.

You would be a shit HM, as you would have to hear as much as you could.

It's not that bad, just a minor issue - any interview is better than none

Thanks for taking the effort to do it if you weren't feeling well, get better soon...

Maybe it was. Something like 'ill rape ya mother'
That's the only thing I can see as being that offensive it needs to be totally banished

Nope.
Travis said something about his own family member.

Apparently it's something that wasn't aired. And worse than what we thought/saw[DOUBLEPOST=1413634317][/DOUBLEPOST]Wasn't it "I wouldn't want to fuck your aunt trav" something like that.
Yikes!Nope.

Unfortunately this year I think Big Brother has deemed just about everything the housemates do as not fit for consumption since we haven't seen hardly anything!
When I watch the great interviews that @Benjamin2012HM and @Luke Blundell do, I just keep thinking, "Who IS this person and how come we never saw any of this side of them when they were in the house?"
100% agree, these people amaze me in person, especially Gemma, from what we saw of her and the way she was perceived, to the person she is in real life, how smart she is and kind she is. Its crazy!
Great interview @Benjamin2012HM! I like that with a bit of hindsight Sam owns up to his behaviour in certain instances with no excuses. That's a very good quality to have.
But now I feel even more frustrated that we're expected to spend $ voting and ultimately decide who's awarded a large cash prize purely on how one spends their time in the house and yet there are clearly things not being shown to us that are important. It's like being on a jury and not being presented all the evidence in the case so you can formulate a proper opinion. These HMs coming out have no clue what we've seen or not so it shouldn't take an interviewer hopefully asking that one magical question in a short time to elicit this information. It makes me wonder why I'm even voting this year.

I want to know what she smells like , about her palm readings , does she cook the housemates authentic indian dishes, will she thread my eye brows?
I have to say this, I believe the producers show a real edit of the people. Its a caption of their time on the house. But, when they come out - it is like they do an 'audition tour' and the HM's play really nice to impress the media along the way. I noticed with a couple of evictees who have come out of the house over the last two years, they were lovely in my interviews but I saw a very familiar face while they were meeting/treating the general public.
I think I am a lot like the person on the show, but for me I saw some things that needed to be reworked - and that didn't happen for a couple of years. In reflection I guess I did desperately want the media to like me and I tried to be something I wasn't. So I relate to the phenomenon that occurs after the show. Hence why we see a more-likebale version of the housemates in early interviews.

Loved the interview @Benjamin2012HM sound issues and all.
This comment that got edited out - is the offensive sledging you hear on a footy ground that is no longer tolerated?
I agree @Kaz - Interesting insight from Sam but still no more likable than when he was on the show.
