Ultimately the misunderstanding is the viewers fault... Viewer complaints are too focused on the fact that they believe Rylan's exits have violated fundamental rules about contact with the outside world... However the REAL issue here is that Channel 5 attempted to hide this from viewers... I'm starting to believe the reason Channel 5 is responding this way is that they are getting the wrong message...
