Richard The Brain

So how will they push their business in every article about him?

"So Richard seems to have a crush on Skye?"
"Oh yeah, if you use nexus notes you can pass your exams and get a good job and good money to be even looked at by someone like Skye"

Unlike the Big Brother house, Nexus Notes is not designed for cheating.

Yeah, okay, I'd jump him in a heartbeat if I were single.

He's much cuter in the house than he looked in the pics. In the pics he looked like someone I know that I have a negative association with which was throwing me off too.

Time will tell personality wise.

She's known for her blonde moments but Skye could come away from the Big Brother house with a brand new vocabulary.
  • New intruder Richard Hordern-Gibbings, 25, who has been dubbed The Brain by the Channel Nine reality show, is known for his 'command of the English language', according to his business partner, Hugh Minson.

The former AFL player, who started up online company Nexus Notes with the Macquarie Banker, told Daily Mail Australia on Monday that 'he's known to correct people when they are wrong'.

Help a girl in need! New intruder Richard Hordern-Gibbings, 25, who has been dubbed The Brain in the house is known for his 'command of the English language' and could help Skye with her limited vocabulary

Brainbox! He 'backs himself as an English scholar', his business partner and former AFL player, Hugh Minson told Daily Mail Australia on Monday

'He really backs himself as an English scholar,' the former Port Adelaide player added.

'He might teach her [Skye] a thing or two.'

Richard, who was born and raised on a hobby farm in the Adelaide Hills, was banned from watching TV during the week as a child so he has read a lot of books.

He has finance and law degrees under his belt and Hugh says, 'he's bloody hard working', so he won't give up on the Gold Coast babe too soon despite her once uttering:

'The English languages have so many words that mean the same things!'

Blonde moment! Hugh says Richard 'is bloody hard working', so he won't give up on the Gold Coast babe too soon and she could come away from the house with a whole new vocabulary

Hugh, not only works with Richard, he has also travelled and lives with him, and says he's 'a legend' and 'is super smart'.

'He is just so laid back. I think the Australian public will warm to him.

'He is a ripper bloke. He is the kind of guy you would want to go to the pub with,' Hugh added to DMA.

Easy going! 'He is just so laid back. I think the Australian public will warm to him,' Hugh said

He doesn't think he'll be the kind of person that will instigate arguments and believes he will actually be the 'problem solver'.

The pair set up Nexus Notes in June in their garage and so far it's been a huge success and is already profitable.

The site allows university students in Australia and New Zealand to sell notes and make some cash and they hope to expand the service to the States next year.

If he is considered an English scholar where does that leave Priya??? That's her thing.
:bored:

Winner:)
My sweepstake, first time I have had one.

He is there to show David, (and Ryan a bit too) -
you don't have to be an intellectual snob just because most people are dumber than you.

Lina also will prove the same point, diplomacy is one of her things.
Interesting ha, 2 very mediator type brains.
At least Priya will now have some more interesting people to socialise with:)

Totally agree. He's a cutie and there is just something about him. He also won me over a little when he said he waits to judge people by how they are at their worst. Smart guy. Honestly, having to be subjected to such mind numbing idiots, he and Lena jump out because they are both smart. So, if I get some intelligent players, that get air time, I'm happy.
