Ratings Thread 2013

Ratings not too bad considering what I thought was poor promotion of the show by Nine. I think this show may actually grow in coming weeks.

Last night's show:

932k - #10 in total people

#4 in 25-54 demo, #3 in 18-49 demo and #2 in 16-39 demo.

Ok looking at the numbers now. X Factor winning the demos is not a surprise and I guess Hamish and Andy bumping BB to a later slot helped its numbers.

I don't think these are fantastic numbers for BB, but not too bad

The thing that constantly surprises (and repulses me) is the ratings success of Today Tonight and ACA. I can't believe people appreciate that style of reporting.

I blame channel 9 for putting hamish and andy on first...play that shit on GO

Hamish & Andy rates really well, and was probably a good lead in for Big Brother.

Hamish & Andy would have pulled viewers away from X Factor. Good strategy.

Here! Here!

Considering H&A were the lead in I would have to say those results are quite poor for a special show and for the first show back for the week.

Hamish and Andy didn't even do that much better. They only got 1.191m, while the week before Big Brother started they got 1.45m in a later timeslot.

Remember that Big Brother went until nearly ten o'clock last night. I'd be interested to see breakdowns on those figures. I don't think Nine would be disappointed at all though with those figures over nearly two hours.

The constant twists are going to be the death of this show in ratings - trust me, we're not the only ones complaining - all you have to do is look at the FB page, even just briefly.

i honestly cant fucking believe we got beat by home and away.

anyways!
