They've started splittling it up in the coding again? How bizzare.
Demo results are good and that's all that matters (hopefully) in 9's eyes.

Confidential ratings don't really matter.

Wish it could be higher in 25-54 demos but good result in other two demos only beaten by Ten's premiere of Wonderland.

Hey do you post on TV tonight, I've noticed there is a person who post there using the same name as you and that would explain how you know so much about ratings.
Anyway thanks for posting and explaining how the ratings are not as bad as they really seem.

tv network viewing numbers, as a share of population, are down in general. there's simply far more choices these days on how to spend your leisure time. the rankings are probably more indicative of the value the network places on the show.

Yeah that's me. Although I'm no expert, just interested in ratings watching.

Exactly this! Multi channels, series/movies on demand, PVR, iTunes, online catch up etc etc. things have drsstically changed since the channel 10 days ...

3 A CURRENT AFFAIR Network 9 1,106,000

5 BIG BROTHER -THU Network 9 1,066,000
6 ABC NEWS-EV Network ABC1 1,065,000

Thursday 22nd August 2013
1 NINE NEWS Network 9 1,170,000

very interesting indeed. Thanks for that. No wonder the networks seem to be playing more and more ads. I guess they need a way to offset the drop in total viewers.

The AGT repeat that Nine scheduled instead of Showdown rated even worse than Showdown with 533,000. But I suppose repeat content is cheaper than showing new content.
