A little late in replying but for what it's worth they do have licence in presenting the percentages for clarity's sake i.e. three HMs are really 15.x% but they display it as 15%, 16%, 17%. How far they can stretch this licence is a bit of a grey area. I don't really see what the point of it would be. I know they said it's to make the HM appear well liked and to keep them in but I'm of the belief that having a high percentage can be dangerous as it can make people complacent.

Yes, except for the last part. I don't vote but I still appreciate and support Prisus.
 
So flattered that Prisus seems to have an INCREASING amount of haters on here, though they're noting compared to the number of Pristians and Prignostics.

The haters are checking for ha in every thread, even in the Off Topic thread.
