Prejudice vs Racism

I think this is possibly worth discussing?
I (personally) don’t feel that there was overt racism at any point thus far in this series in the house. But..... I think there are ALOT of predudices/stereotypes.

That's what the whole discussion, not just Big Brother but the wider BLM movement, has been about. It's the unconcious racism which is a real problem with society.

This was discussed at some length here:

The finer differences between racial bias, racial prejudice, and racism are probably better addressed in a thesis, than on a BB discussion forum. But it is clear that some are uncomfortable with the notion/fact we live in a racist society, and in a country that is viewed world wide as being racist.

It is a very white-looking house we have left now, though.

I guess I just find the word ‘racism’ requires a decision whereas (to my thinking) prejudice by default doesn't and cannot.
...maybe it’s semantics.
