has anybody read it? i have the e book and considering it was written over 60 years ago it is facinating it even talks about tv etc the whole concept of bb came from that book.

Hi Tyrone, Have you written your title correctly? Is there a book called "over 60 years ago" or are you talking about 1984? Which is where Big Brother and the concept of the show came from.

The book is correctly entitled Nineteen Eighty-Four (but often published as 1984) and was first published in 1949 - almost 70 years ago now. But yes, Tyrone could have been clearer.
