OMG I think I'm ACTUALLY voting to save Tahan

I've said this so many times and I continue to say it- milkkayla was feeding off the power through her clique, she was the voice and was given the power through their agreeing to all she said and done. The power has gotten to her head so much she honestly thinks she us untouchable. I'm only noticing this now but the sugar sisters were strong characters. Nothing that happened or that could be said changed them. I think this is where my disappointment with jade lies. She changed to become more agreeable to mikjayla and for that reason I can't agree with jade because she is not her own person
I said on eviction night in the DS thread that if the sisters go they're going to have the most impact on the house dynamics and it'll turn into a shitstorm. As viewers we might not have found them the most entertaining but they kept everyone calm and added happiness to the house. Even their feud with Tahan wasn't all fireworks and explosions. I first noticed it when Mikkayla tried to engage them in that bash Drully session and they were like nope, whatever they want to do is their business, let's stay out of it. So then Mikk had to let it die. Even with the least to most annoying challenge... as viewers we'd probably expect them to be near the top of most. Giggling, always happy, dressing the same, hair extensions, etc yet they were ranked something like 3rd least by their fellow HMs?

And so now they're gone and Jade's left with Mikkayla. The biggest bitch in the house alongside Drew, as far as gossiping and backstabbing goes. So she's clinging to her buddy but doesn't realise this is the same girl who played both sides with the bracelet and humiliated Jade in the process and has laughed numerous times about her 'love' of Ed. And the house has quickly turned into a cesspool of paranoia and he said/she said. If I didn't have a soft spot for Jade I'd find it comical how she's self-destructing as far as the game is concerned.

Fair enough. I've spent many of my high post count defending Jade and Mikkayla (Jade especially) in the past but no flippin way can I tonight. She flat out admitted in the bedroom that she was busted "she's got very specific words of what I said" but yet when she had the chance to discuss it properly face 2 face with Tahan she merely blushed and said "oh wait we knew it'd be taken out of context." No they didn't. If they knew it would've been taken out of context then they wouldn't have been shocked when Tahan was told about it. Bloody liars. And then Jade went to the sink with a disgusting smirk on her face while Boog and Mikkayla laughed in support of her. And Mikkayla's face when she realised Tahan had her cornered so pussied out by suddenly having to call people for dinner was ridiculous. She tried to do the "gotcha" and instead was got. Big time.

And the ironic thing is that this whole thing started because Miss Fucking Shit Stirrer Mikkayla heard something outside the bathroom and relayed the snippet of the conversation she heard. Which then prompted Jade to make the comment she did. But yet both of them used the bullshit excuse about how Tahan took things out of context.

Until Jade shows me that she realises Mikkayla is the dirtiest one in that house I'm going to stick with my new realisation that she's a mean girl with shit for brains.

Didnt have anything against Jade until today. Did like her actually.
But man, that was so uncalled for and just shows how she can be easily influenced.
First by a good looking guy and now by a venomous woman.
When she was called out, she acted like she had amnesia. wtf.

Yep, exactly.

And if she'd actually been honest, her and Tahan would've quickly sussed out that the reason for Jade's comment in the first place was because Mikk heard something outside a door and repeated it. It would've given them both so much more clarity re where they stand with each other but I suspect that's exactly why Mikkayla bolted for the door and called everyone for dinner. If Jade and Tahan had continued to talk the inevitable question of "why did you even say that to begin with" would've happened and then Jade would've had to say the thing about "outwit and outlast".

Three seconds later they would've both clued in that the start of this whole f'n mess was Mikkayla. Slimy Drew helped to make it worse but she was the instigator. Without her, there wouldn't have been any problem for Drew to exacerbate.

Had a chance to watch and I find jade and Mikkayla very distasteful, every time Tahan has said something she has apologised or owned up to what she said but both Mikkayla and Jade did the exact opposite

In all honesty, if someone says shit like that, I would like to hear it even if it was misinterpreted.
Jade has a egg on her face now because she was seen as to be as mean as Mikkayla.
She was pretty weak and told Mikkayla that she doesnt want to speak to Tahan about it.

Been a fan of Tahan from pretty much day one - a brilliant housemate and the only one I'd really be happy to see win as unlike Tim she doesn't have to put the effort in to be watchable and entertaining - she just naturally is.

Oh it's you! :)

I just wanted to apologise for predicting you were wrong yesterday about the meaning of Jade wanting to "bury" Tahan in the LF thread. Turns out that was Mikkayla and Jade's comment really was quite bad (although I don't believe for a second she meant it that way).

But anyway yeah - you were right, and I should learn not to comment on just the misleading LFs.

Haha thankyou but its fine really :)

Crazy right.

Tonight really made me re-evaluate my opinion on Tahan. She heard a rumour that Jade and Mikkayla spoke badly of her and she was straight up and simply asked them.

She is one of the most genuine house mates, if it was Jade or Mikkayla they would just bitch and moan to each other about it rather then going to the source and sorting it out. In fact, when Tahan made fun of Mikkayla's eating, she then approached Mikkayla and apologised rather then leaving it up to her to approach her.

Jade and Mikkayla's behaviour was very off putting when they were asked if they said any comments. Mikkayla got on her high horse and went into counter attack mode, and Jade acted like she couldn't remember what she said only hours before.

After the discussion about what they said (which they never owned up to), they were more upset about how Drew had repeated it, rather then acknowledging that saying 'if she fell in a hole and died, i wouldn't care' and 'i would just cover her with dirt' is a low act and offensive.

Thoughts?

maybe they couldn't remember it because they didn't think it was a big deal...Jade did take it back immediately after saying it...she was just frustrated with Tahan's constant condensending attitude about how she such a better player then they are

The BB edit does wonders....

It is frustrating to watch sometimes. The way Mikkayla is so outraged when Drew repeats what she says, even though earlier in the day she had ran from the waiting for the diary room to the kitchen to repeat what she overheard in the bathroom. And she puts on that horrible voice when she repeats the story. Bleurgh!

Lets remember what Mik heard, it was that Tim and Tahan were once again talking in a condescending way in saying that they were the much better players so to speak etc etc. Mik didn't start anything she was speaking the truth of what was being said! Tim and Tahan basically saying they were they stronger players and they got the weaker ones out already.....I think they were also trying to impress the intruder in the room and giving themselves some comfort because they were on the block AGAIN

I owe harricane9 the same apology. That was the first thing I thought of when I read what was actually said (still haven't seen the episode.)

They did think it was a big deal though. They were furious that Drew told her and look mortified when she confronted them. Also if they 'forgot' what they said, how did they immediately know it had been taken out of context? And afterwards say that Tahan had 'the exact words'?

I think the out of context thing was because she didn't mean it. She was making a joke then took it back right away which would be a different context than just saying it seriously and to be mean.
