The sausage pair are sad - and they should have some process like MKR/MC, well some kind of test they MUST pass before you can think about serving food to poor innocent customers........how many times have you been in a eatery and thought I shouldn't have to pay for this crap???
Some of the shit I have been sold as edible is shameful - and I have reported a few for health reason, different issue though.
And the not having a clue how to cook for the numbers is just ridiculous.
One of the first things you learn in any cooking lessons is - timing is utterly different for 12 whatever instead of 2, they tell you that just in cookbooks morons, you allways add time.
