Yeah, he was crying that all of his school friends are accountants these days and he isn't, and it's really hard trying to get into the creative industries (as if that wasn't his own choice?). I love how Ryan called him out because he is in the same industry and said it isn't that hard.
Besides, how is it his school friends' fault that they are now all accountants? Because they did the course and the work and he didn't?
He sounds like he has an underlying sense of entitlement in life, probably went to a private school (hence why all his school friends are in high-paying accounting jobs) and when life becomes even a remote struggle, he cries "Why me?"
