The issue is they all pass on everything. Everyone does it. The great irony of the fight is that it started by Jade doing exactly the same sort of thing Mik was accusing Tim of doing.
I think it really stems from the paranoia of the boring group. It's lead by Ed and spread to the others. They blame Tim for everything. As I have stated before, Ed's issue with Tim is that he's immune to his charms. If Ed can't just easily win someone over with his good looks, polite superficial manners, the fact he played footy. He really doesn't have much to offer.
That group only feels excluded because they think the others are happier and having more fun. Seriously if there's a 50/50 divide, how can four housemates claim they're being excluded from the other four. They've just become a bit consumed with it all.
Mik isn't getting along with Boog. So as with all problems, it's all Tim's fault. Jade saying that Tim had said stuff to Boog set her off. To her it was a 'bingo!' moment. She thought, i've got him, i've got proof. The problem is, it's just bullshit. She had nothing. She began to unravel because it was going no where. Once Boog stated that she made up her own mind and her own observations. Mik's entire plan to call Tim out, have a big moment against him was all but gone. She felt stupid. However due to the paranoia they turn it all around as part of Tim's evil puppet master skills. 'You made me look foolish.'
I think more than anything, this was a nice example of how it's that group excluding them self. They're taking themselves out of the action, out of the fun. As they're too preoccupied with this paranoid nonsense. Instead of just enjoying the time in the house. The paranoia won't let them. They have to think there's an angle being played or something going on.
They're just sitting in a bathtub of their own shit. Which they shat out. Blaming Tim for shitting in the tub. All while they continue shitting, getting deeper and deeper into the shit.
