Masterchef Australia 2026

I'll go read the replies once I finish the ep :D

Show stopper dish - good way to get their minds in the game. Dessert is a good idea because few did it so far. Now they are all doing it! I have my own apple pies in the oven now, no where near masterchef level haha. Presentation is not my strong point.

Lets see you walk the walk to that talk Luke! I hope he gets through.

Oh one from Kalgoorlie too, haha shes right, you do need a thick skin there. Cool goal too to have a supermarket brand, she knows how to make her money!

Eww scratching his head and straight back into it, this is a pet peeve every season. Everyone has their hair everywhere. Hmm a bomb alaska is a big ask. Even Poh saying so.

Im not sure you want to be known as the Yeast Girl, but whatever works for her!

I love mexican food, but is it masterchef worthy? They do all look very colourful. I wonder how to make apple liqueur? I still have a lot of apples...

Pressure is on now!

Tasting just in time to eat my apple pie :) Grace seems a bit of a chaos cook, she'd be fun to have on the cast. Everyone being complimented. Pedro seems just a bit bland as a person, especially after Jonaton. A few duds now. Raw chicken is the worst fate!

Luke is a bit of a showman so they want him getting through, looks good!

I'm not interested in the tictok/instagram freaks who show everything on line as they crave the notoriety.
Agree, I bet they live their whole lives like they are on camera. I would have preferred the lady from Kalgoorlie or Jonaton to get through over one like Lucy, but she probably has the followers and social media knowledge that is good for the show.
Grace and Pedro through too but I dont see either going deep into the game.

Please no octopus tonight :(

Ohh a mystery box! Fun. My bunny would have loved one of those wooden houses.

Aww Jimmy and Jock. Jock was a bit of prick to the contestants sometimes, we need one of these 4 judges to step up.

Chaos cook Grace being exactly what we expected her to be lol. I like that she is explaining the names and what they mean in what she is making.

I love mulberries, I considered planting one, but didnt want to attract rats.

Cue fish mutilation.

I wouldnt use the marmalade either. Feel like the rest of the dishes are all going to have that same hint of taste.

There must be so much filming at this stage of the comp! Imagine all of them doing their confessionals, plus their frantic cook scenes. Edit wouldn't choose who to highlight until end of filming, so thats a LOT on the cutting room floor!

Haha, just cook it, go frenchman be mean judge. Raw poultry is the worst outcome.

Judging time. Balance in seasoning seems to be the name of the game so far. The first two looked really great.

Not sure about bean puree, lets see what the judges think. It is a tiny plate to share between so many judges! Even Jimmy said so!

Typical, cut to ad just as we see if its cooked... Success. Miin has a great face for a sauce bottle.

Nice way to start the week :)
