I'm happy with the losing team. Billie and Jessie will probably blitz it, leaving the door open to finally get rid of Rose or maybe Matthew.

Eliminated contestants coming back... Not too sure I want any of them back really.

I agree. All my faves are still there. The people who I liked and got eliminated I have now adjusted to their absents. I don't want them back whoever comes back will hopefully be eliminated straight away. My prediction is that Rose gets eliminated tommorow and that either Stephen or John will come back.
 
Jessie and Sara made that far too hard for themselves for no reason. Another free ride for Rose
 
I'm not sure Sara even knows what short in short pastry means. She overworked hers, so it wasn't too 'short'. It fell apart due to using water with butter. That's not too short. It's a stuffup.

PS nice bitchy comment by Georgia from the cloister about Stephen's dessert inexperience.
 
Well that episode was a bit of an ordeal in the inevitable. Stephen is never *quite* good enough, Jessie basically just had to turn up to win her place back.

Rose's spiced yoghurt pie didn't seem any more appealing than Sara's biscuit pie.

Still, at least they had no intention of letting John back.

I'm crossing my fingers that it evened up the numbers for an upcoming start of week, such that the final 8 week will be travel related. Usually they do a four pair challenge I think/hope.

PS the chemical Heston put into the glass to make water solid was from nappies and depends liners....it would be quite an ingredient to ingest.
 
What a scary episode for all of Rose's many many fans.... For sure I thought she was a toast, but nope she made a pie slightly better than Jessie and Sara... God was I relieved!

As for the other half of the ep...YAWN... poinless filler IMO...

I get the feeling they have altered the eliminated contestant challenge after former contestant Jules Allen's post-show breakdown. It's very happy-clappy competitor ribbon stuff, and the judges are forbidden from criticising.

As for Rose, she reminds me of exam swotting and knowing when to peak at just the right moment...to be 2nd or 3rd worst when it counts.

I was hoping John would return to bunch Mr Stickyfingers' shorts. :p He brought elements of 'The Mole' to Masterchef.

I am hoping for that two. It was make Masterchef feel so much like the old show if the Do it. I really missed it last year so hopefully the go just interstate at least
