These people have got as far as they have through cooking their own style of food, and it's not really fair to expect them to replicate an intricate dessert, Some can, but it shouldn't mean elimination if you can't. Could Darren Purchase cook a better main course than any of the contestants?

Injustice against cooks who may have been dyslexic in not being able to follow a printed recipe.
Injustice when Amina was going for immunity the other night & they didn't have halal beef & she couldn't taste it, so got Emilia to taste it.
