I agree. But I think it was used as the excuse the Judges needed. They made no comment on any sort of element of chocolate on the Guest Chef's dish

Absolutely! Best chocolate ever. I once had a gig looking after old Mr Haigh. He had diabetes and could only have one a day, but I had lots. My favourite are the dark chocolate caramels.
