Masterchef 2018

Does anyone remember reddys job vocation?
Strikes me as that annoying HR manager we all have come into contact with at some stage.
Her mannerisms and strut just exude it.

...here is Channel 10's blurb on her my friend... cheers.

Sarah Clare
New South Wales
Age: 33
Occupation: Stay At Home Mum

Raised in the idyllic and picturesque Tasmanian countryside, Sarah spent her childhood seaside on our southern state, with a stint in the beachside community of Inverloch in Victoria as a teenager.

One of nine children, Sarah says she was always cooking with her dad, a potter, and she relishes the memory of fishing for mussels and oysters and picking wild mushrooms.

At 26, Sarah moved to Sydney where she worked in hospitality and later met her husband, Brazilian-born Doug. They are proud parents to Elvis, aged three.

A lover of fresh produce and healthy alternatives, Sarah says being a mum has changed her approach in the kitchen. She now makes all her own sauces from scratch and is conscious of the food she is giving her family.

If Sarah has a secret weapon, it may be Doug, who works as a chef. She says she now makes a lot of Brazilian food with punchy, bold flavours influenced in the north from Africa and the south from Germany. Sarah also loves making South American food and is known to whip up a deadly pisco sour in the bar.

With Doug by her side, Sarah says she is confident to venture into the restaurant business when her MasterChef Australia journey comes to an end, hopefully with a trophy in hand. She dreams of a modern Australian menu with South American influences and is inspired by the culinary creations of Maggie Beer, Ross O’Meara and Andrew and Matt McConnell.

When she is not whipping up treats in the kitchen, Sarah likes to sew, play pool and hit the vintage shops.

Who ever heard of a Brazilian called Doug?

LoL. She named her son Elvis.
I think she was picking the wrong wild mushrooms if her bio is correct.
