Yes, ramp up the heat to start of with to get the crispy crackling, then lower the heat to cook the meat through

...basically yes... but I slow cook mine on 150 degrees for 3 hours and then crank it up to about 300 degrees for another 15 minutes or so at the end... it usually works out perfect for me each time kxk... cheers.

I'm glad they are acknowledging the Gina was behind fixing the Tortellini disaster

Gina should get a free pass for having such a shit team....and dragging them to the finish line
