She used beef, potato, corn and peas. That is what Gary said the ingredients were. Like the fish and chips ingredients were fish and potato. And the chicken meal was chicken, potato, corn and capsicum. I'm confused. Is it because she used baby corn?

I thought it was baby corn (which someone on the show said was different to normal corn) and snow peas? I wasn't paying too much attention so you're probably right. I loathe all corn and peas so that doesn't help.

It really is down to personal taste (and I agree, I don't want my meat red at all).
The judges judge anything more than medium rare as "wrong" though.

...that's great news sav0001... well done them!... and... that 'Ninja Warrior' stuff is just rubbish TV... (well it is on Channel 9 of course)... as with 1000's of others I watched probably 3-4 episodes of it out of pure curiosity but soon lost interest in it and didn't care less if they finished the course or not... many others that lost interest must have thought the same thing too by those rating figures... 800k is a lot of viewers to lose... Channel 9 must be scratching their heads and panicking by now... (it couldn't happen to a nicer Channel lol!)... 'novelty' Reality Shows never do last long do they?... well done Masterchef... (or should I say 'medium rare done Masterchef?'...
