I’ve been lucky. Working with Aboriginal kids, I’ve tasted quite a bit of Australian native ingredients. I was feeling a bit sad today as some of my friends are posting pics of NAIDOC celebrations.

I used to eat green ants all the time when I was younger. I was always on the look out for stuff to eat in the bush. I blame Bush Tucker man haha

I would pee myself laughing if Matt Sinclair had his Food Van out front when Charlie turned up and that he ate that food instead... (nobody can take my dreams away from me lol!)... cheers.
