I love lavender ice-cream! (In my head, that is, plus it's a lovely shade of dusky violet... I just love lavender in food and tea.)

Ben looks so stressed, big ditches under his eyes, but he's cheerful in his post-cook talking heads, so I am hoping he's okay.
