...hey all... sorry that I missed the show tonight (I taped it... was it worth it?)... I was taken out for dinner and to the club by our daughter and son-inlaw for my Birthday about a week ago... did I miss much?... obviously it was all about Tamara Tamara Tamara of course lol!... cheers.

As for Tamara, she's the 2017 equivalent of Georgia from 2015 - another blonde, who gets way too much camera time and way too much help from 3 middle aged male judges who obviously fancy her. I'm resigned to her making the final 3, but the shame of it is 4 or 5 much more talented contestants have been sacrificed to protect her, Callan the latest example.
Imagine how much better finals week would have been with Callan, Bryan, Sam and Michelle still there, and maybe even Pete too(who is charming in an Aussie blokey sort of way).
My dream final 8 would have been - Sarah, Michelle, Callan, Sam, Bryan, Ben, Diana, Karlie(who I don't mind)

...thanks for the Birthday greetings Evan44... much appreciated my friend... and sadly I have to agree with you about Tamara making the final 3... and what you say about the others being sacrificed to protect her is soooooo true!... it's disgusting how she has got to be where she is... as I've said before... I don't completely blame Tamara for it either... it's fully on mainly Gary's and George's hard dicks that she is still there but Tamara's not blameless either... she's played up to their 'dirty old man' tendencies and has manipulated it all to her advantage and hasn't even blinked an eyelid in utilising them either... she's 'encouraged' them to love her... it's a case of 'whatever it takes' to get herself into the final in my opinion anyway... it's just... wrong... she hasn't given a shit about who has been 'sacrificed' at her expense either which makes it just plain... 'sad'... that's the part that gets to me... she's not a very 'nice' person in my mind's eye for that reason alone anyway... cheers.

Tamara - you could argue it's not her fault that the producers give her so much air time, BUT she actively courts all that air time, she shoves her way to the front, she probably begs to do all the spoken word pieces to camera also.
I suspect Tamara wants a media career, her own cooking TV show or something like that, she's not in Masterchef to obtain a career in the hospitality industry, and sadly George/Gary/Matt are indulging her.
When cooking dumplings in a challenge is considered more creative than dessert sushi, then you know that Masterchef has lost the plot.
