Realistically not much - they are doing a mystery box and everyone got to chose one ingredient to go in it. The judges are wearing wanky outfits - not unusual

All set up I'd say. Tokyo is huge, unlikely you'd find all these places just walking around the block. Plus they don't want everyone bringing back slabs of $300 kg wagyu.
