I actually really liked her at first but over the past couple of weeks I've seen aspects of her attitude and personality that I don't like. I'm happy for her to go too.

Same here. I started out liking Jess, and Tamara too, but with some people, the more you see (and especially hear in Tamara's case) the less endearing they become, as you realise that they are all attitude and no substance.

...for some reason that I can't fathom I disliked Jesse from day one unfortunately for her but Tamara I just thought nothing of her simply because she was just a 'pretty blond thing' that was making up the numbers to me... UNTIL SHE SPOKE!... I then disliked her from that moment onwards... but it got a lot worse when Gary and George became besotted by her and she then became their 'pet'... that REALLY turned me off her big time from that moment onwards... she might be a really nice person out of the show but sadly for her she's not looking too flash while on the show mainly due to Gary and George... (in my opinion anyway)... cheers.
