...I'm happy that two of my initial picks are in the top 4... so far so good lol!... what the hell?... it's not finished?... oh wow!... it goes to 10:00 tonight!... woohoo!... cheers.
 
So, they are choosing one ingredient and there is covered ingredient behind it - and they need to make a dish from both of them. So it could be chicken and chocolate
 
Benjamin chooses walnuts, gets dates
Rashedul chooses mangoes, gets green peppercorns
 
...I'm loving it that the show is extended tonight... it's the 'added extra bonus plan' for me tonight... cheers.
 
Lee chooses Salmon, gets aniseed
Benita chooses Peaches, gets Earl Grey tea
 
...Gary shits me to tears whenever he speaks... I so wish that they would dump him from this show and put Maggie Beer in his place... it would be so much better in my humble opinion... cheers.
 
I think Rashedul and Lee got difficult options, the other two got it easy. Rashedul's is the hardest, but I think his background can help him nail it
 
...oh dear... Rashedul is clueless at the moment... and... I so hate the stock standard "if I can't do this I'm going home" statement... how about some new material peoples?... just for the sake of viewers sanities?... PLEASE!... cheers.
 
...Lee has 'loser' written all over him as does Benita in my eyes... I just want 'Benjamin' to go though... please let it happen... cheers.
