And so starts the muting whenever the snap eviction or Vinnie is mentioned in an attempt to hide who got evicted last night.
It looks like the four screens in the lounge room are just showing the eye, which makes the housemates nervous.
But at this point it's probably just the producers thinking they're clever by not showing the grid of housemates so viewers of the live stream can't see the Vinnie's face has EVICTED under it now.
 
Could they hold Vinnie in a hotel until Wednesday and cell that the eviction? Surely not - I want to see them all up and see Colin and Bruce evicted on Wednesday
 
Whether or not the excuse that they never claimed it was a live eviction is moot. The show has been sold as having a 24-hour live stream. The expectation is that there is a 24-hour live stream. There's a reasonable expectation around censoring but editorial control over it completely goes against the notion of a 24-hour live stream.
 
So everyone who watches the live stream knows Vinnie is gone, but they're editing, censoring, cutting to the twins as if to try and hide it for people who will flick on for a few minutes before turning off because of TenPlay ads, no sound or not showing anything. This is just shooting themselves in the foot. It is unfathomably dumb of production.

I ignore the chat, but I watch the TikTok on the PC. I can avoid the general rot of TikTok. I won't put it on my phone. Although when I do have it on TenPlay on my phone, it immediately plays ads the second anything interesting happens. In another amateur hour of production, they never thought to be able to pause the automated ads when major events happen.

Why cant they just say to the housemates, that if they mention Vinnie they instantly get a strike. I still think its dumb how they hiding it from the stream in the first place. At least that is better than zoomed/cropped camera angles, muting and static images
