I think they have the right intentions - of being back at Dreamworld and the live feedsā€¦ I feel like this was a mini test run.

Or thatā€™s what Iā€™m hoping for anyways.

Definitely not,

However there are women who have become reality TV icons by being bold, outspoken and at times aggressive.

I don't entirely agree that a woman would be vilified more than a man in this context.

I am not going to lie, i slept through the most of the day (as I am in Ireland, so daytime in australia is night time here) and I just feel that I don't miss anything apart from Emily's task, because of the blummin' fishbowls

But he should have no ideals and settle. Told to him by someone who is divorced. I know that's harsh and there's plenty of criticism at Bruce but at some level it's, "well, you got it wrong." There's no wisdom from paths travelled given.

If you're looking at it as finding a life partner. Which Bruce is, there is some level of thought towards what that may be. He's also young, not at all ready to settle down. Hopefully, he figures it out. You never know and I have plenty of family members who thought they did and didn't.

What hasn't helped the discord is people like Coner describing Bruce as being much more problematic than he is. I found it pretty disgusting when Mia was telling Coner that Bruce wants a traditional relationship. Then Coner just went into some explanation of some alt-right subjegated wife explanation of what that was. Then Bruce gets confronted over that and is constantly, "no."

I hate the fact I feel like I'll be criticised as being like Bruce. It's just a straight guys reading of it. I know shit all about dating. I went on many dates with people who never asked me a think about me. Then at the gym randomly met a chick and we never stopped talking. You find the one. Dating advice about trying to make it work seems like bullshit to me.

I actually really hate the relationships in this. Bruce just wants to bang Coco when they get out of there. Then, Holly after she's dated rich people realises she can have a power dynamic shift with a rambunctious young boy who farts all over the place. Which is never going to work. I literally would place a $100 bet if she goes sunday, she'll be engaged to someone before Colin gets evicted.

Her behavior over the last 48 hours is bizarre when it comes to Bruce. Very mixed signals. Very red flaggy.

Like a really terrible attempt of playing Hard To Get?
 
This cast is actually pretty good with only a few notable exceptions (Hoggy, Colon, Bruce), but every season has its duds. We can be pretty unforgiving about things in the moment, but in hindsight this won't be so bad. It's leaps and bounds better than anything Seven offered (besides Queen Angelicious). I even extend that to Abiola who is the Lisa of the group.

The real flaw is in the edit. It's skewed so heavy towards artificial storylines and failed to provide a more even handed lens on who all of these people are and how they coexist. We see it much more objectively in the live feeds, but even that is limited and skews towards certain HMs.

If they drop the casting of artificial characters and provide a more balanced edit, this show would be infinitely better.

I agree with everything you just wrote - with 1 minor exception.

They tried to have a semi even spread of different communities and minorities in the house, and 3 of them were voted out first!!!

The narrow minded viewers want young white basic people. Abiola will go as soon as sheā€™s up for eviction.

I hope Connor wins.

I think Coco senses it's become the Holly show and is fielding out what she feels she needs to do to compete for the spotlight (the situationship with Bruce). They're the two women in the house who are in the same age bracket.

However, Holly is so in her own world that she probably doesn't even pick up on Coco's passive aggressiveness.
 
Sorry for over explaining as if I really know anything sometimes on here, but I do think production never could have predicted Colin/Holly and probably donā€™t love it. Colin was meant to be a ā€œfunā€ anchor for the show, but his relationship with Holly has thrown everything off balance with the cast. I still think the casting is pretty mixed this season. But the problem is mostly a few people stealing the show in the house so much that everything legitimately revolves around them even in the live feed
