NO, I've seen girls like her from a similar background. She's just immature to the point where her family thinks it is cute but in society she's a danger to herself being way to innocent in an adult world.
I do not believe anyone has the right to diagnose anyone online, it's just labeling and I dislike it . Just my honest opinion.
