Ok, went and rewatched. He wasn't wiping his hand on a tissue. Shot of him beside her on top kissing. They stop as camera pans and they say good night. Holly says she can't find her sleeping mask. Colin goes and gets his, but when he returns to the bed she's spotted hers on the ground. He picks it up and puts it on her head.

You're mistaking the sleeping mask for a tissue and he isn't cleaning his hands on it. I can't make out what they're saying when Colin goes to the boys, but I seriously doubt they'll be slapping hands with Colin if he just mentioned Holly making him cum. Fingering her or anything. I also don't think Edward would be happy with that being said after his revulsion at them kissing in the same room as him previously. Colin then goes to Edward and farts before going to bed.
