They are allowed to do their own dishes but not cleaning the kitchen. BB probably doesn’t care at this point.

Vinnie clarified that, as kitchenhand, it's not his job to wash everybody's dishes. It's to keep the kitchen tidy overall.
So people are still washing up their own dishes.

Conor's job is to cook meals. They're making pikelets, which is more of an optional dessert/snack, so that's not Conor's job. Allana's making those.
