The guests job is to be obnoxious and not lift a finger. The staffs job is to suck it up and deal with it. The task was designed for conflict.

I went back and checked the stream. I don't think Holly nastily threw a Tim Tam at Coco. In the stream Bruce chucks her one to eat. She puts it down in the spa and doesn't eat. Holly is just telling her to eat it. Goes over to her. Off camera. Nothing in the footage suggests she threw that Tim Tam at Coco.
