You would think that after them making clear that 24/7 streaming would be a major part of 10 rebooting the show that they would actually show the truth.
There seems to be a massive difference between what they edit for TV and what actually plays out on the livestream.

Yeah, but those kind of employees can take forever to do anything and get very little done.

Another factor is she has little else to do in there. There's no clocks and so she's just working away wanting to do a good job. Which is perfectly fine.

Totally, it's bizarre! But sadly most people just swallow what is being fed to them by Ch 10

I've dealt with multiple people like Mia in my work life that do a very good job at the end of the day but it literally takes all day to do one task when others could get it done in less than half the time and then do so much more on top.
It takes someone that is close to Mia to put their foot down and tell Mia that it is important for her to do her jobs well but also in a timely manner so that she can be personally present within the house rather than just carrying out her jobs well.
I feel like Mia just doesn't have anyone that is there for and on her side like the others do (especially they boys).

Everyone in the house can butt heads and then apologise/talk about it and move on. You say something or do something against Mia and she acts like you just murdered her whole family in front of her. She is so serious and takes everything to heart

Welcome to the real world. Most things are filtered in one way or another these days, its just the way things are. "Reality TV" is just a term that means controlled viewing of real people in contrived situations.
You have to remember too, highlighting anti-social behaviour wouldn't be looked on favourably by some, and in the past has had repercussions on the shows. Duty of Care reaches far & wide. And there is no way they can regulate what age kid is watching this (or on it as far as Mia is concerned , lol )
And on the really bad scale - seems many have forgotten how the Turkey Slap incident went viral in 06. That's why the feed is cut so soon, just in case something slips through when things heat up.The lawsuits would be in overdrive if that happened again.

Lives with Mum & Dad etc, never had to face conflict before.
She is really very much a child still, in a woman's body.
What she doesn't realise is, much of what she's doing and saying to Ed is sexual harassment; I agree with what he said - if the genders were reversed there would be a warning for it.
 
Damn 10Play always seems to play an ad break when there's an interesting conversation, then it's a less exciting or entirely different conversation on return.
 
When we consider how the daily shows have spun things against Jane (fair or unfair) we have to see that she has created some drama and perhaps thats what some people want to see? Maybe people would like to keep her in.
I've been watching too many lives to have a clear vision/view of what those that only watch it on TV see and feel but I from what I see i feel like atleast Jane being there is creating something worth watching rather than Alana always being so neutral.

Watc on Tik Tok, I have been anti Tik Tok since its been a thing and never used it but gave up my principle to be able to watch with barely any ads
