I’m not going to make a big statement like that but even if I grant it, there is an important qualifier there. From what has been seen. Housemates would have more perspective on that than the viewer
Adding my personal opinion to this after a quick google, I hate this argument so much. Like YES, it would be interpreted differently if the genders were swapped - 87% of stalkers are male and 90% of murder suspects are male.
You can't say Mia's crush is on the same level as a guy doing the same thing.

She has kept bringing it up, and he has every right to feel uncomfortable when that keeps getting passed back to him. Ed's handled it exactly how he should have, and she's not dropped it. Unhinged behaviour.
Mia's relentless positivity is a delusion. I don't think it's toxic, because she doesn't force it down other people's throats, but it's very clear that she lacks certain life skills and hides behind sunshine and rainbows as a wall of denial.

What's interesting is that yesteday when those three were in there. It seemed like Emily and Jane came to like Bruce more as they got to know him better. Him talking about working at Maccas, KFC a fried thai ice cream stall (I think?) changed a bit of their perception of him. My interpretation is that came to see he was less of a bludger than they thought.

Why not? It’s not like the live stream is focused on Mia and that you would know this as a fact.

I think she definitely needs to learn some self-awareness and know that what she's doing and saying is making Ed uncomfortable. She's not innocent here but she's not being malicious on purpose from what I've seen.
I'm just saying that particular comment about gender-roles swapping isn't a very good argument for the situation.

I agree that we most likely won't be seeing any intruders, but I would so love to see someone enter the house who could shift the toxic dynamic between the guys. Like a guy who's a true alpha, and not an immature, farting, right-leaning, misogynistic POS, just a genuine, normal person with a degree of sophistication and intelligence. That would be interesting to watch.
I think that is because Jane going off last night was because she was pissed she was nominated and wanted someone to take it out on. Very interesting that her farting/disrespecting women chat came directly after the nomination announcement. She has had plenty of time to bring those issues up.

I’d agree with the first part of your post for sure.
That second part… I don’t know. That would be dependent on behaviour and we have no idea what else (if anything) she has said or done. Kind of why I’d take a neutral position on this one as other behaviour may or may not indicate that it’d be worse.

A thought I had was after Holly was nominated, she was given no grace for being upset and canoodling for comfort with the rambunctious young boy who farts everywhere. Yet with Jane's bad behaviour, there was a lot of leaning on it as an excuse. Of course it's valid. Just a comment that everyone seemed to miss that with Holly and it being a factor in seeking comfort.

None of them are in love whatsoever lol. Holly said in the bbeatz this morning there is absolutely nothing going on with her and Colin. Bruce and Coco is being made into way more than it is, and that’s not helped by BB making them go on a “date” together.
Mia had said she’d moved on from her crush on Ed but got false hope again by him saying he’d go on a date with her like Coco and Bruce but his reasoning behind it was that he just wants alcohol like they got. Baaad mistake on his part. I don’t blame him at all though she is very very inexperienced and took his not serious remark way the wrong way.
