I think a lot of the other housemates genuinely feel joy by putting others down and excluding them (Alana, coco etc)
I think Collin definitely knows what he is doing is annoying but I don’t think he’s doing it to be hateful? Ahahahah

Nobody has gotten legitimately upset at him for farting, they complain about it but it seems like a joke to him probably

I disagree. When Jane had a go at the appalling toxic behaviour in her farewell message, Colin was the one going "Nope. Proud." when she urged them to stop. I think it's a form of low-level aggression, like strutting around in your undies in from of a bunch of strangers, and like stuffing someone's bed (their only personal refuge in that messed up house) in a cupboard - things designed to cause discomfiture. It's a way of passive-aggressively assaulting people without throwing a punch. He is clearly an aggressive person doing his best to keep a lid on it in the house (and failing dismally). In part he's also at a loose end since his storyline was evicted, and being witheringly boring, completely devoid of charm, with nothing to distinguish his superficial personality from anyone else's, he probably thinks farts are his best chance at a narrative.

I disagree, I don’t think he’s using biological warfare as an outlet for his anger……
His reaction to Jane’s message screamed immaturity to me, being told what to do and screaming “nope” is childish as hell,
Jane was also extremely immature the entire time, I think the boys matched her energy and she got butt hurt
Again, I don’t fuck with Collin and I wouldn’t be friends with him but he is significantly better just as a human being compared to the others

Farting your way to irritating others, and seriously, in your life would you put up with it? is a very childish and pathetic way. and sorry, he is not signifiantly better as a human being compared to the others. He's a boy that wasn't brought up right.
