I would organise the shopping into four sections on the floor: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. That way she would be able to visually assess what she has and what else is needed. Also think of what the taco kit needs… sour cream, capsicum, onion, avocado, lettuce, tomato, etc two kits at least for the number of people.

I do the same thing when I do grocery shopping, I think of what I need for each meal and then snacks if budget allows for it
