I am definitely liking what I see of her so far. Smart lady, and she could balance out the idiots in the house.

Lina introductory appearance is very good I must say. However, from this point onwards, no matter how great of a house mate Lina is, there is no point of speculating whether she'll continue to be interesting or not.

It's all up to the edits direction (rather than let her relationship run naturally) , whether they want to go continue to focus on the core chosen house mates and use her as a mini side story or not.

I remembered some people thinking Marina would be a very interesting house mate based on her introductory appearance but then she rarely featured in BB's edits. They tried so very hard to use her as a love triangle between her and their star boy couple Trasha which I find it very shallow and ridiculous.

I'm not a huge fan of her. I think she comes off as very insecure/unsure of herself, but tries to portray herself as this intense thinker. She's not analytical - she's just overly into the idea of being perceived as someone who is intelligent, imo. It's backfiring. Also, the idea that she could compete with Aisha for Travis' attention - despite his manwhoring ways - is laughable.

That sounds about right, I had no idea that she was Chinese when I first saw her!

Really? At first, I thought maybe she was 3/4 Chinese. She takes after that side a lot.
