Are Leo & Skye falling in love?

I actually think it's quite a weird match up. I was not expecting him to have feelings for her at all. She doesn't seem like his type.

I think some of you are over thinking what Leo said. Okay so he "said" he was attracted to intelligent women but he is still a "guy" so of course that doesn't mean he is "only" attracted to intelligent women. Most guys are attracted to a lot of types of women believe me guys are not nearly as specific as women in that respect. We love ALL kinds of women because at the end of the day most of you are beautiful in your own way.
 
The ten year age gap is creepvIlle. If it was a 30 and 40 year old, sure. But a 20 year old? He sure isn't attracted to her intellectually.

Personally I wouldn't hook up with a 20 year old but then again it really just depends on what kind of a soul she is. In Skye's case hell no she is far too deep into the "I think I am still in school" phase. Men at 30 don't go for that generally speaking which may be why people are questioning his intentions.
 
I'm not sensing any real attraction from Leo's end so I'm guessing he's using baby Skye for his own self serving purposes, namely ride the coat tails of baby Skye's popularity as far as he can. The douche bag. :thumbsdown:
 
I dated 30 year olds when i was 16, and plenty of them were way sillier than me, get over the age thing people, it really doesn't matter much in your 20s.

And I think they are a pretty even match , Skye isn't as dumb as she acts, and mainly has a speech impediment.
And Leo is not as smart as he thinks - lately he has a lost and dumb look permanently.
And yeah he may find intelligent women attractive - does not mean they find him attractive, they wouldn't he is a body building nothing, with no education if he left home at 15.

She looks more like a Real Housewife of Miami than Real Housewife of Vancouver. But Skye and Aisha types are both around here, just not as many as you think, lol. I love Skye, but she's plastic looking.

Does it have to be an intellectual connection for there to be attraction? And I actually think they do stimulate each other on that level. Skye's much smarter than she acts - trust me on that one. She's that girl who knows how to downplay her strengths to appear more loveable. There's a reason why she's so popular with Australia.

And 10 years is a lot normally, but honestly, if they hadn't told us their ages, I wouldn't have guessed there was 10 years between them.
 
In the outside world, Skye is the sorta girl he avoids. She doesn't really engage her brain enough for him and I can see him being into some gym junkie soccer mum sort. I can practically see him rolling his eyes when he talks to her and she seems to exhaust him mentally. He deffo knows she is popular with the public; hence the reason he is riding her coattails.
 
I like to think he has watched big bro once or twice ( probably a whole lot more actually) and knows the value of a GOOD showmance. he cant tell me he knows nothing about this game. PLEAZE

In last night's episode, she showed this spectacularly by a) not taking Leo to the sanctuary (she's treading carefully with him) and b) taking Priya and Jason to the Observatory.

IMO, and I've felt this since the about episode 4-5, she is quite smart. She sticks up for herself with valid arguments. She doesn't always express herself perfectly, but the rationale to her argument is good.

I think they intrigue each other. They both recognise that the other is not their usual choice for a partner, but something attracts them. For Skye, I think Leo would bring out that sensible side of her. I think if the dated for any length of time, it would be a period of personal growth and maturing for sky. For Leo, I think he sees that more mature and sensible side of her and that's what he finds fascinating - because he was not expecting it.

They are inching closer and closer to acknowledging their feelings, otherwise why would he ask her if she was annoyed that he kissed Sandra? If he wasn't interested in her, there is no way he would ask her that. And if she wasn't interested in him, there is no way she woudl have admitted that she was.

I believe each one is waiting for the other to make the defining move. I do think they could date (short-term) but I think their differences would eventually make them realise they are not perfect long-term.

You don't think Skye sees his body? I doubt she cares about more than that at this point in this short game. If she thinks a show mance will help her win, maybe she will go for it. I think Skye plans on winning more than she cares about romance.

Skye was the first one to walk up to Leo and comment on his appearance though and relate her own to his. There is no doubt she was attracted to him from the very beginning.

Is the gap between Cat and Lawson about 10 years? I don't remember.
