Layla was a gracious runner up

Yeah, Layla was a good sport -very gracious in defeat.
That dress was hideous though - even worse than the unflattering jumpsuit the other night. For such a pretty, voluptuous girl, she really does make some terrible fashion choices.
Was worried her boobies were gonna fall out at times there - perhaps she can use the prize money to buy a couple of heavy duty bras...

Layla swore like a sailor on a live cross. Oh god silly girl. Does anyone know what she said? I bet the control room were ripping their hair out.

But yeah interview with Sonia good. So glad Sonia told off Sam for wanting the car. I knew she'd do that.

The only thing remarkably ungracious (apart from the swearing when she knew kids were watching) was refusing to kiss Stella when she was evicted. Did you see her back off. Very rude.

She looked amazing too! Definitely channelling Beyonce in that dress.

Really?? I thought it was hideous - totally ill-fitting and unflattering and she was millimetres away from a Janet Jackson wardrobe malfuction.

I didn't like Layla's dress, it was very unflattering. She is gorgeous but it was a bad cut for her and did her breasts no favours at all. Estelle's dress was lovely on her, she looked very beautiful, but her shoes were clunky and distracting.

Of course us Brits are always gracious in defeat.... ok so maybe it's because we have to be... but still!!!;)

Not a huge fan of Layla, but she did make me smile when she was telling Ben to breathe and generally calming him down. I thought that was a very nice Layla moment. I thought the dress was hideous but that doesn't really matter. She seemed quite happy in second place with a car and some cash, so good for her.

She could get some plus size modelling perhaps.

For sure. She would look stunning in the right clothes to suit her figure ....definitely not her own though!

Yeah, I think she genuinely enjoyed her experience in the house and was just happy to be a part of it all. She was one of the few HMs that came out the other end still looking good and with her integrity relatively intact.

Only thing is her thyroid problem. Yoyo weight the agent wouldn't be able to guarantee her measurements or if her eyes become buggy (Graves disease symptom - suspect she has Graves).

I think she might be a bit big for plus sized modelling. If she can lose a little and maintain her weight she'd be a shoe in, but she's already modelled, so no surprises there.

Yeah, would be an issue.
She has the protruding eyes associated with Graves but she is pretty hefty, indicating an underactive thyroid and slow metabolism.
(Graves is due to an overactive thyroid and associated weight loss.)
A bit of a contradiction.

Yeah she didn't have control of her diet and with quite a bit of stress it affects the thyroid. Perhaps on the OS she'll be able to manage it better. She could certainly will have penetration in QLD.

For sure. She appeared much slimmer when she first went in the house so her weight flucctuations will probably settle down when she's back to her regular routine.

My brother had Graves. Buggy eyes but didn't get skinny because it was in bursts and his heart would fibrillate. Depends on what's going on but his thyroid was cancerous (all good he's fine).

Yeah, seems like a complex condition which is really hard to monitor and control.
Really easy to upset the delicate balance of hormones.

I believe this has been discussed on here before. As far as I can remember the medication she takes can result in weight gain/retention, it seems lots of people gain weight when being treated for the disease which is confirmed by a quick google.

I'm pretty sure Ben threw the horse so ...Estelle could iunno gallop on stage with it? Or something? (That was my impression)

I'd like to hope that was the case but based on past statements Ben has made about wanting to throw the horse over the fence and having to resist the temptation it's more likely just pent up frustration.

Thanks for that. Probably the medication.
(I know that Hashimoto's disease, the opposite to Graves, causes fluid retention and weight gain as well, but not the poppy eyes.)
