Is Ed Gay?

If that's what it takes then it appears I am in fact a gay man also. The things I learn here!
 
Ed isn't gay - I think he likes Jade but is way too worried about starting a relationship in the house. He's over-thinking things. Probably thinks it will ruin any chances he may have at winning.
Or maybe he thinks dragging it out and giving love in small dollops is the better strategy?
 
I do have to laugh at this. He doesn't want to sleep with Jade. Must be gay! I think he'd more than willingly go for Tahan if she was single.
 
Considering Ben's his only option if he were gay, Ed's better off in the closet.
 
There is still some sort of as social stigma when it comes to a masculine gay guy. They hardly come out early and some just don't.

Not saying that Ed is gay for sure, because that's just illogical (not all attractive men are automatically gay), but I cannot say that he isn't gay for sure (and is straight, without a doubt).

He could be gay. Or he couldn't be. I don't know.

Yes, he seems distant from the women in there. But maybe he just has a good sense of self-control or maybe he isn't attracted to women at all. I'm open for all interpretations on him. I'm not just one-sided ("yes he's gay" or "no way in hell).

Exactly my thoughts on him. The guy is into football - oh the stigma that will surround if he were to come out.

Again, not saying that he's gay for sure, but I suspect him. Gays like him aren't new.

Matt is another one. But he is more likely to be straight though, than Ed.
 
His brother in that blog says Ed has always dreamt of being in a boy band and it was Ed's rule that no girls are allowed into the boy’s room where Big Brother has set them up for the week’s challenge.

Is it so hard for people to believe that he is just a very nice guy, who doesn't want to hook up with someone just because they want to? Nope? Must mean he is gay because there is no way any straight guy wouldn't jump Jade's bones. And isn't coming out because he likes football. Please this is so silly.*bangs head against keyboard for awhile*
 
I wouldn't be interested in Jade either. Maybe the intruder will be to Ed like Ava was to Josh?
 
He does seem uncomfortable to me. I don't really get why he auditioned. Most of the others seem like exhibitionists and comfortable being exhibitionists. He doesn't seem to be really connecting with people (IMO). Not sure that means he is about to fling himself out of the closet (but if he eventually slunk out in the dead of night when hardly anyone else would realise, I have to say it wouldn't especially surprise me)
 
It's his strategy to survive by being completely inoffensive to anyone. I reckon he would have been happy for a George/Layla style fauxmance with Jade, but as soon as he got a sniff of her emotional issues he piked out.

Sadly yes I am! Was contemplating quaffing wine but strangely (for me) couldn't get motivated to go and buy any. Plus I procrastinated too long and now it's BB!

Well, it must just be the [MENTION=706]pawlini[/MENTION] effect then. Re-read it after some wines in a day or 3, or 5 or whenever - it will make total sense :)
