My theory supporting data: I put it to you: not Tahan, not Jade, not Jasmin: the two most unnattractive females in the house - he's supposed to be a single guy - what would you do - he didn't take another guy in there - (probably not boring enough) why? why Sharon? police woman (married) why Heidi? (bellowing water buffalo) (married or whatever does it matter? its a bellowing water buffalo)

Ed seems to be a shy guy. He also didn't have a 'bbf' hookup when they first went into the house. Matt/Caleb, Tim/Drew, etc. It could have been Xavier (*sigh*) but he didn't last. I think if you don't have that bond with someone on a friend level, you resort to hanging out with people that would be your Mum and Dad's friends (in the house that is) as its safe. Hence why he leaned towards Sharon/Heidi. Could also the reason everyone thinks he is snore fest, he went back to being the shy, polite kid.
This whole bullshit that he must be gay just because he isn't pawing at Jade, hanging off her at every moment is reaaaaaalllly wearing thin. He's just a guy that doesn't have a clue about women, the man has been in two long relationships so please get over yourself. And besides I honestly think that if he did hookup with Jade it wouldn't be real on any level and I for one would not like to see Jade have her heart broken again.

Wants her because she's Jade or wants her because she is there? Just the same as any night at the bar/pub and people trying to pick up before the ugly lights come on. A point why I don't think they should be anything apart from friends and she should be become a little more self aware of what is happening, which I believe she is.
I feel for them both, don't think Ed is a bad guy but put in spot he is damn he does, damned if he doesn't. And poor Jade is just trying to mend a broken heart, and she won't do that if she pushes herself onto someone just because he is good looking and single. She needs a connection and I don't think they have it.

Heidi is married? wtf? Ed seems to be latching onto Matthew now. It's either a new bromance as they think thats what gets them to the end or he just likes hanging with the boys more? I could understand if it was Heidi stalking me but its Jade! Although in his defense Jade seems a bit unhinged and a bit of a bunny boiler

Haha - its just something that occurred to me - like an epiphany - you know - particularly the way he likes to get up and dance on his own - particularly his dancing on his own - (possibly in font of a mirror) like he's in front of a crowd - "loving it" -in the middle of the dance floor - taking centre stage and the thrusting movements toward poor Matt and flopping his pants down!

Lets recap - In order to be a gay man you must do the following:
- act weird
- be a bit of a dolt
- spend time looking in a mirror
- dance with twirley arms
- talk or be friendly with older married women
- dance with male friends (preferably centre stage while thrusting)
- show your ass while drunk
I don't know about you guys but I feel I am fully educated on what being a gay man entails.
