I'm A Celebrity: The Ratings Thread!

581,000 last night. (Hasn't been adjusted yet)

Really would be interesting to see what the figures were like if it wasn't on during MKR season to see the weekly averages.

...in the immortal words of Martin Luther King... "I HAVE A DREAM!"... in that dream 'I'm a Celeb' does remarkably well in the ratings for Ten... they have a renewed self confidence in being able to do successfull Live reality shows again... when 'I'm a celeb' finishes on a high note Peter Abbott... (the original Producer of the original series of Big brother on Ten)... is asked to produce the renewed series of Big Brother that has just been bought up by Ten after negotiations with Channel 9 failed dismally...

...Live feed is restored... Uplate and the entire original package is restored to it's former glory!!!... we all live happily ever after!!!!!... yes... sadly... it IS a dream... I doubt that it will happen... but let's face it... Peter Abbott is already contracted to Ten... it's not THAT much of a big ask to get Big Brother back on Ten is it?... one can only hope I guess... cheers.

Wednesday - February 11th 2015: 600,000 viewers (#15) - up 2.04% from last weeks 588,000, but down from last week's ranking of #14.

Like last week, it made it into the top 5 for two demos:
25-54: Less than 347,000 - not in the top 5 (Last week: Less than 355,000 - not in the top 5) -> Down at least 2.3%
18-49: 329,000 - #3 (Last week: 328,000 - #5) -> Up 0.3%.
16-39: 184,000 - #5 (Last week: 198,000 - #5) -> Down 7.6%.

Thursday - February 12 2015: 620,000 (#10) - down 12.58% from last week's 698,000, but up from last week's ranking of #12.

Demos:
25-54: 359,000 - #3 (Last week: 411,000 - #2) -> Down 14.5%

16-39: 207,000 - #3 (Last week: 224,000 - #3) -> Down 8.2%

BUT THERE IS AWESOME NEWS!!!

On Thursday's The Block will now be airing a spin-off show named Open House - and it has not been well received based on social media and the ratings. So for the first time ever:

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here MATCHED The Block in overall viewers and BEAT it in the ranks (The Block was #11).
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here BEAT The Block in the 25-54 and 18-49 demos:
25-54: 328,000 - #4 (Last week: 460,000 - #1) -> The Block was down 27.8%
18-49: 298,000 - #5 (Last week: 434,000 - #1) -> The Block was down 31.34%
16-39: 211,000 - #2 (Last week: 289,000 - #1) -> The Block was down 26.99%

I bet Channel 9 are starting to pooh their pants with those ratings for 'I'm a celeb'!... all credit to Peter Abbott!... go you good thing!!!!... what great news!!!... cheers.

Yeah that's good, the only thing is I'm a Celeb aired on two channels last night, Ten and One, while The Block aired only on one.
