…Oh!… by the way Febs… I searched the Internet and looked up high rise Sports or activities for the disabled like parachuting etc… but they all say that you can’t do it if you have diabetes… (which I have unfortunately)… but I found this… which I’m eventually going to try…

Oh good on you. I looked at what i posted again this morning and realise it was probably more of a guide. Let us know what you find and how you go. A Mr Sticky Activity Thread would be good for ud all to see what you have found so we can see how you go 🤗

A little philosophical saying i found years ago. The same meaning as , I Am, So I Am 😇
Edit: in fact I think it came from The Moody Blues. A band my mum listened to when I was very young. Days Of Future Past! A philosophical saying at the beginning of one of their songs.
 
…untether those harnesses to make it more interesting when they do those high rise jumps (Robert just done one)… have Circus trapeze nets under them instead… they won’t be so brave next time… cheers.
