Eeew, I still recoil at the sight of the pig snout on the plate

Reminds me when I first moved to Brisbane in the early 2000’s. I was on a very basic salary back then and I wanted to save on my lunch. There was this chinese takeaway joint in the city (long since gone) that had this minced meat that I thought would be cheap and filling.

I literally could taste pig snout becoming one with my body , soon regretted it,
and felt sick for way too long. And that was minced and no doubt mixed with other offal. For me I can’t begin to imagine tolerating a freshly cut snout with all the outlines in cross section
